Construction of Apartment Blocks, Pavement & Site Works at Lideta Sub-City

The Construction of Apartment Blocks, Pavement & Site Works at Lideta Sub-City was a residential development project executed by Samson Gebreyohannes Building Contractor (SGBC). The project involved the construction of two G+7 condominium apartment buildings together with comprehensive external infrastructure and site development works.

The scope of work included the construction of reinforced concrete structural frames, architectural finishes, masonry works, roofing, electrical and sanitary installations, as well as all external works required for a complete residential environment. In addition, the project incorporated pavement and walkway construction, internal access roads, stormwater drainage systems, landscaping, utility connections, and other site improvement works.

The development was designed to provide quality urban housing while creating a safe, functional, and attractive living environment for residents.
