FAMILY GUIDANCE ASSOCIATION OF ETHIOPIA NORTHERNAREA OFFICE

The Family Guidance Association of Ethiopia Northern Area Office project was undertaken to establish a modern and multifunctional facility in Mekelle that supports healthcare delivery, administrative operations, and youth development initiatives. The project was designed to provide an integrated environment where clinical services, office functions, and youth-centered programs can operate efficiently.

The scope of work included the construction of a clinic, office spaces, and a youth center, along with all related civil, structural, and finishing works. Major activities involved site preparation, foundation works, reinforced concrete structural construction, masonry works, architectural finishing, and installation of essential utility systems such as electrical, water supply, sanitation, and drainage infrastructure.

Executed with a strong focus on quality, safety, and long-term functionality, the project was successfully completed in accordance with engineering standards and project requirements. The completed facility plays a significant role in enhancing healthcare accessibility, strengthening organizational operations, and supporting youth empowerment initiatives in Mekelle and the surrounding region.
