The Construction of Housing Cost Efficient Apartment Building project was undertaken to support urban housing development in Kirkos Sub-City, Addis Ababa. The scope of work included site preparation, structural construction, masonry works, finishing works, and installation of essential utility systems such as water supply, electrical infrastructure, drainage, and sanitation facilities. Executed for the Addis Ababa Nifas Kirkos Sub-City Housing Development Project Office, the project was successfully completed in accordance with engineering standards and project requirements.
